In short: we collect no personal data.
GO SPIRITS has no servers of its own and contains no ads, analytics, or tracking of any kind.
None. The developer of this app does not collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information. Specifically, this app contains no third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs; has no developer-operated server or backend; does not request access to your contacts, location, photos, camera, or microphone; and uses no cookies or cross-app tracking identifiers (no tracking in the App Tracking Transparency sense).
The following settings are saved locally on your device only and are never uploaded: your rank points, your selected board skin, and your music mute preference. They are stored in the system's app preferences and may be included in an iCloud backup if you have one enabled (managed by Apple). Deleting the app deletes this local data.
This app uses two Apple system services, operated by Apple and subject to Apple's Privacy Policy.
Game Center. If you are signed in, Apple provides your public display name, which is shown in match screens. Your rank points are submitted to a Game Center leaderboard and achievement progress is reported to Game Center. During real-time online matches, your moves are relayed to your opponent through Apple's Game Center service; we do not log or retain them. Game Center is optional — you can play without signing in (against AI).
In-App Purchases (StoreKit). All purchases are processed by Apple. We never see your payment method, card number, or billing information. The app only asks the system whether a given item has been purchased, in order to unlock the corresponding character or board.
We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal data — we do not hold any.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children. Because we collect no data at all, no child-directed data collection occurs. Game Center features are provided by Apple and can be managed by parents via Screen Time.
Because we hold none of your personal data, access, correction, and deletion requests generally need not be directed to us. You may delete the app to remove all local data, manage your Game Center account and data in iOS Settings, and manage purchases or request refunds through Apple.
If a future version adds features that involve data, we will update this page and revise the "last updated" date above. Material changes will be explained in the app.
